Uniform Policy

St. Mary’s dress code is mandatory for all students in preschool through 5th grade.

  1. Tops – Red, white, navy or light blue.  Must be solid color with or without St. Mary’s School logo.  No other logos are acceptable on clothing.

  2. Pants/shorts – Solid color khaki, red, navy or white.  Shorts must be fingertip length or longer.

  3. Dress/ jumper/skirt/skort – khaki, red, navy, or school plaid.  All must be fingertip length or longer.

  4. Leggings (red, white, navy or light blue) – must be worn with a dress or skirt at least fingertip length or longer and must conform to school uniform colors.

  5. Shoes –  

    1. Must be safe.  

    2. No high heels or backless sandals or shoes. Crocs are ok with a back strap. 

    3. Must have a closed toe.

    4. Gym shoes are required for phy-ed class.

    5. Safe non-slip shoes are required for recess.  No dress shoes or dress boots should be worn at recess.

NO strips or different color shirts (teal, aqua, burgundy, etc.)  

Walk for Virtues, Spring Fling shirts can be worn on Fridays for jeans day only.  Not as part of the dress code during the week.  

Students are required to wear collared shirts, dresses or nice dress pants on ALL church days (Wed & first Fri.) No pants with holes or stained clothing. Shirts should be tucked in if possible.
